There are people who touch our lives at certain points on our life’s journey. We are forever changed and forever grateful for having met them and for the growth they have helped us to achieve. Pippa Doodson is one such person in my life. I met Pippa after a very long, toxic marriage/divorce which had eroded much of my confidence and self image. Her expertise and caring guidance helped me to discover a much stronger, confident, and self-loving person within myself. Pippa helped me become the best ME I can…. mind, body, and spirit. She offers thoughtful insights that are beacons of light in some of my darkest moments. I found her to be a great listener, honest, and very supportive. She knows the right questions to ask and offers the tools needed so that I may see the positive steps that I need to take towards my goals in life. I wholeheartedly recommend Pippa without hesitation as she has been a true blessing in my life.

I had a chance to work with Pippa on a few different issues, both business and personal which needed addressing. She helped me find direction in life and progress in overcoming the problems and challenges I was faced with. Being a business owner, I wanted to expand my business and break into a completely different cliental market. Pippa helped me to achieve this and see that it was my mind set and beliefs that were in the way. Once we broke and replaced these, I was amazed at how quickly things were changing. All of a sudden everything started shifting and I was being approached by major CEO’s who wanted me to quote to work for them!! I also had more time too as my mind set had changed and I was able to “prioritise” what was needed and let go of smaller things without guilt or the feeling I was a failure by not attending to everything single minor detail. I still use the practices in daily life and have moved forward and am more confident with things in my life, both personally and professionally. Pippa was very patient and listened to me, as at first we couldn’t find the main problem but over the sessions things became clear as we dug deeper, so pleased overall. Thanks for everything!

I had the opportunity to be coached by Pippa. I felt heard and understood. She was able to guide my runaway thoughts into manageable steps that could be addressed. She helped be gain clarity and insight over my thought patterns, restructuring the meaning that I applied to childhood events, she gave me the courage to look at long held beliefs. Today I choose which ones to keep. Change is a process and we need a mirror to reflect who we can be if we’re willing to persevere. Thank you dear Pippa.

My coaching sessions with Pippa helped me see how I am stumbling over my self inflicted ‘road blocks‘ that stops me reaching my goals. With her gentle, non judging and skill full way of enquiry I was able to get in touch with emotions, fears and patterns. When I was ready to make changes Pippa held me and supported me through the process in a very loving and caring way. I have made profound changes in the last year. Thanks Pippa

I worked with Pippa after I completed an intense Co-Dependency 12 week class. I was at the pivotal point knowing “why” I was on the Codependent Spectrum, “why” I was challenged implementing healthy boundaries, all while I was processing the shame in my past i.e. perfectionism, challenges being a landlord, workaholic, compromising in relationships (especially with men on the Narcissist Spectrum), and obtaining a healthy relationship with my family. I was such a terrible landlord that I actually let tenants get behind on rent up to 5 months! Even worse, I ended up being invited to Judge Judy because of a small claims court I filed illustrating pictures of the 26 dump run loads of garbage tenants left. In short, I was a terrible landlord, awful! I could write a book how my inability to be firm, affected my life. I can’t even comprehend how much money I lost from inability to advocate for myself. A lot of money, nonetheless. When Pippa started exploring my past and current living conditions she focused the knowledge I learned and implementing it in real life. It sounds easy, “Use boundaries, and don’t take any shit from people anymore.” It wasn’t so easy. I found myself making excuses and enabling people despite all the psychoeducation I learned. They say, “It’s hard to teach an old dog a new trick.” I can completely validate that quote! After Pippa made and held me accountable, following up with weekly goals and discussing the difficulty of completing them I finally cracked. I did it! I used the techniques, interventions and goals we discussed. It wasn’t easy, but I did it. I remember closing my eyes before I implemented a boundary. It was that hard. As of today, all my tenants have paid rent on time, I’m not in a toxic relationship with any man, I learned I like being single and use boundaries with family I was once challenged with. I found this an absolute must following the deep work of embracing childhood trauma, acceptance and codependency. She helped me make it happen, actually being held accountable using a diplomatic approach! Thank Pippa!!
